The Maryland Trauma Center Network, in acknowledgement of the exemplary care given to trauma/burn patients in the state, has formed an Awards Subcommittee to highlight an outstanding Registered Nurse and EMS provider. Nominations will be accepted for cases occurring in calendar year 2024.
Submissions will be accepted through January 15, 2025.
Awards will be distributed at the Maryland Committee on Trauma’s Point/Counterpoint Conference held in May 2025, in Baltimore, MD.
Criteria for EMS Award
Please nominate any practicing EMS provider in good standing from the State of Maryland. The award recognizes a single provider for acts above and beyond the standard of care for any trauma or burn patient(s).
Criteria for RN Award
Please nominate any practicing Staff Nurse in good standing from the State of Maryland. The award recognizes a single Staff Nurse who provides care above and beyond the accepted standard of care for any trauma or burn patient(s).
