TraumaNet Grants
Our community outreach focuses on three key priorities which align with our giving priorities:
- Injury Prevention
- Supporting Community Initiatives
- Volunteer-Driven Causes
Please Note: Proposal must be from the nonprofit organizations or TraumaNet member in support of their organization.
The maximum request amount up to $2,500. Proposals will be evaluated based on the merit of the request and alignment to TraumaNet’s mission.
Application Requirements:
- Complete the application form
- Include budget information on how grant monies will be used
- Clearly match the guidelines of our giving priorities: Injury Prevention, Supporting Community, and Volunteer-Driven Causes
- Show measurable, demonstrated results
- Meet Eligibility Requirements
Eligible Programs and Organizations
Qualify as a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) IRS status or 509(a)(1,2,or 3)
Project Selection Criteria
All donations are made at the sole discretion of TraumaNet Financial Advisory Committee based on its evaluation of individual proposals, its determination of relative priorities and availability of funds.
TraumaNet reserves the right not to award any specific donation for any reason, or for no apparent reason, no matter how clearly the proposal may seem to relate to the guidelines and procedures.
